If you had a theme song what it be and why?
A: I believe I would have a theme song for every hour of thee day…. But if I had to pick one right now it would be Kid Cudi’s “Immortal” or Jai Paul’s “Zion Wolf”. Emotional and inspiring on every level. I like moody music.
Who is just KILLING it on the music scene right now?
A: This year has been really interesting to listen to everyone seems to be stepping it up right now but thee killers for me are James Blake, Toro y Moi, Tyler the Creator, Kanye keeps raising the bar in some unpredictable way, Belvi, Sun Rai, A young kid you should high light this kids name Zack Sekoff, TNGHT had thee EDM record of thee year, Ta-ku, IAMNOBODI, Jay Electronica, Pharrell that dude is timeless, and I’m jealous (in a good way) of every video/song Flying lotus releases. I love artists I feel like I can learn from.
How would you describe your style as a DJ:
A: I would consider my style of music set story telling neo retro time traveler. I love playing new shit. Every BPM is a feeling, I try to design a set that just blends into one song, you never know where it ends or begins.
